Note: The prefix may vary from user to user. So in my case, I used the default wp prefix.
Inside the table, you will find the list of all users who are currently registered with your site.
Click on the username column of the user you wish to change username of.
Enter the new username and you are done.
How To Creating a New High Privileges User?
The easiest and safe way to change the username in WordPress is to create a new high privileged user.
This is a pretty safe way for beginners to change the WordPress username without breaking anything on the website. So let’s start.
On left side of WordPress navigation, hover over Users and click Add new.
